I learned a quick recipe that you can easily alter to your taste and I would love to share it with you! It is so quick, simple and healthy! The main ingredients are bananas and oatmeal; if you know me I LOVE oatmeal & bananas! A lot of foods are hard on my stomach that are common for most people (poptarts, cakes, doughnuts and other highly processed sugary foods); hearty bland food digests well for me and I really prefer the taste. The portions are up to you in this recipe, for one serving it's one banana with one cup of oatmeal, two servings is two bananas with two cups of oatmeal, three servings is three bananas with three cups of oatmeal and so on. For this recipe I just did one serving. And here's my YouTube video of the recipe!

What You'll Need:

- Banana(s)

- (1-3... cups) Oatmeal

- Cinnamon

- Blue Agave

- Toppings/Ingredients of Choice (Peanut Butter, Almonds, Honey and etc.)

Steps:

1. Mash banana(s) in a large bowl until creamy.

2. Pour in cup(s) of Oatmeal. 3. Mix and add as much Cinnamon as you'd like.

4. Mix until blended thoroughly (add in other ingredients like peanut butter, honey, and etc. if you'd like)

5. Use a spoon to scoop balls of oatmeal mixture onto baking sheet

6. Should make about 6-8 bites of oatmeal for one serving (add toppings like raisins, chocolate chips, almonds if you'd like)

7. You can eat them as they are, they are immediately ready. Or you can bake them, like I did. I put them on the oven for 5 minutes on 175*C so they would be nice and warm. Or you can also freeze them! Enjoy!
